Suffragan Bishop Walter R. Oliver, Jr. is the third Pastor in the history of Ebenezer Chapel. Bishop Walter Oliver, Jr. was born and raised in New Haven, CT, where he received his education in the New Haven Public School system. He is a graduate of South-Central Community College, where he majored in Communications and the Southern New England Bible Institute, receiving his BA in Theology. He is also the founder and CEO of Elm City Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is the development of affordable housing for Seniors.

Pastor Usher is an accomplished and motivated administrator with exceptional interpersonal skills. She applies high-level organizational skills and time management to each project, devising creative solutions that work within a budget. Rolania has strategically planned and executed numerous fundraisers that combined, resulted in over 2.5 million dollars. She has been successful in overall operations in a fast-paced multi-market environment, with an in-depth knowledge of operations, administration, management, budget forecasting, allocation and finance, policies and procedures development and enforcement, marketing and customer service. Rolania is a motivational leader with strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Suffragan Bishop Julian Johnson -Treasurer

He actually has a bachelor's in accounting and decades of experience as an accountant and senior financial analyst, which definitely suits his new role. He's also active in international missions. A graduate of Hampton University with a BS in accounting, he brings 20 plus years of professional experience in financial analysis and accounting to his role. He now serves as treasurer of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World International Missions Department. Combining pastoral leadership, missions experience, and strong financial expertise in service to global ministry.

Suffragan Bishop Jeffrey Brandon serves as assistant pastor and director of communications at Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Assembly in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has served on the PAW International Missions Department Board since 2022 and now serves as Assistant Secretary. He brings pastoral leadership and communications expertise to the IMD leadership team.
